Stellantis has simplified its connected vehicle offering, launching a two-tier system, with an expanded pack available for a subscription.

Connect One is included in the purchase price of the vehicle for 10 years, and includes remote charging management and cabin preconditioning on electric vehicles (EVs) and plug-in hybrids (PHEVs).

On Vauxhall and Peugeot models, it offers e-ROUTES by Free2Move Charge, which optimises EV trip planning, based on traffic conditions, charging station availability and vehicle range.

Connect Plus is available for an additional subscription cost, adding connected vehicle features such as Amazon Alexa, which can control smart home devices, as well as Stolen Vehicle Tracking Assistance.

It can also show availability and cost of car parking, fuel prices, speed camera locations, ChatGPT integration and the ability to send a navigation route to the car from a phone.

A free trial of Connect Plus is provided to all new car customers.
