Toyota C-HR+ EV to start at £34,495, first deliveries in March

A 57.7kWh battery will allow for a range of up to 284 miles, while the 77kWh battery will be capable of up to 376 miles.

Toyota has announced that the C-HR+ electric vehicle (EV) will start from £34,495 and will go on sale on 6th January 2026, before the first cars are delivered in March.

A 57.7kWh battery will allow for a range of up to 284 miles, while the 77kWh battery will be capable of up to 376 miles.

Entry-level Icon models are fitted with the smaller battery and come with features such as an 11kW onboard charger, a heated steering wheel and two wireless phone chargers.

For an additional £2,500, the C-HR+ Design adds the larger battery and a power tailgate, along with the option of 20-inch wheels for an additional charge.

The range-topping Excel model starts at £40,995 and is fitted with a 22kW onboard charger, an electrically operated driver’s seat, headlight cleaners and Panoramic View Monitor.

It also adds Front Cross Traffic Alert and Lane Change Assist.

Excel models can be equipped with the Premium Pack, adding a JBL sound system and a panoramic roof.

The Toyota C-HR+ is built on a different platform to the range of C-HR hybrids, allowing it to have 106 litres more boot space.
