Trek-Group has acquired vehicle sales, leasing and fleet management firm Automotivate, enabling it to expand into the commercial vehicle (CV) leasing market.
Automotivate will continue to operate with its existing branding and management team.
Trek-Group said the acquisition strengthens its presence in the market, while supporting its long-term ambition to expand into the CV sales and leasing market.
Automotivate said the investment will support its continued growth and sustainability in a challenging economic climate.
