SALARY sacrifice scheme specialist Tusker makes new board appointments after growing over 83% in the past three years and anticipating that 2018 will see yet more growth for the Watford-based firm.

As a result, the company, which curretntly has 170 employees in the UK, has made some new appointments to their senior leadership team, to steer the company and ensure they continue to maximise their success.

David Brockwell

David Brockwell

David has been with Tusker since 2006, most recently in the position of chief financial officer.

With the business rapidly developing, David will now be directing the operational side of the business.

There he will lead teams to maximise efficiencies, including the remarketing of Tusker’s vehicles.

 

Laura Alexander

Laura Alexander

Laura joins Tusker as their new chief financial officer. Laura brings a wealth of experience in financial management, commercial partnering as well as building and leading high performing teams.

Previously with Towergate Insurance and Hays plc, Laura has held a range of senior finance positions across a number of industries in both listed and private equity environments.

 

Lesley Davies

Lesley Davies

Lesley has been appointed as the new chief people officer. With expansive experience in HR and people management, Lesley joins Tusker from Three, the mobile telecommunications company where she played an instrumental part in the growth of the Three brand.

Prior to Three, Lesley had a 20-year career with Marks and Spencer, most recently as the head of HR for UK Retail.

Lesley and Laura will report into David Hosking, CEO, and join Paul Gilshan, chief operating officer, Clive Baker, chief technical officer, and David Brockwell on the Tusker board.

CEO David Hosking said: “Last year the Government endorsed salary sacrifice car schemes confirming that there are still great savings for employers and employees.

“With new products and schemes launching and more cars on the road than ever before, 2018 is going to be a big year for Tusker.

“And so I am delighted to welcome Laura and Lesley – they both bring a wealth of experience from outside the industry. This, coupled with David’s vast fleet expertise, means that we are perfectly positioned to further our growth in 2018.”
