ZIPCAR, which bought out rival Streetcar last year, plans to increase the awareness of its business car offering to small and medium sized businesses.

Car clubs provide pay on use motoring in city environments. The cost of your usage is based on how long you have the car and how far you drive. But the key point is you pay for use rather than incurring ownership costs.
