Northgate has opened new depots in Luton, Brent Cross and Huddersfield and is now focusing on the London market where demand for flexible hire is brisk
The news comes on the back of new Northgate van rental facilities at Luton and Brent Cross.
Bob Contreras, chief executive of Northgate Vehicle Hire, said:
“Over the last six months we’ve launched new depots in Luton, Brent Cross and Huddersfield, and all to great effect. Our focus will now shift to the London market due to the demand for flexible hire in the capital.”
Northgate said the sites would operate a fleet of 500 vans from each location.
Begbie Traynor’s Jullie Palmer added: “House builders in particular are going from strength to strength thanks to an improved mortgage environment as well as popular government initiatives such as Help to Buy.”
