Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has launched a telematics system, Connect Pro, to provide fleet managers with real-time data and improve operational efficiency.
The platform enables fleets to monitor vehicle performance and status in real time, with features including live location tracking, route history, fuel consumption, state of charge, and vehicle health alerts.
Connect Pro also allows users to book service appointments online with a Volkswagen Van Centre and receive over-the-air software updates, reducing the need for physical visits and helping to minimise vehicle downtime.
The system is available across all Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles models from 2021 and is designed to support mixed fleets of all sizes through a single digital platform.
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles said the platform aims to reduce costs, improve productivity and support more proactive fleet management by giving operators greater visibility and control.

Connect Pro sits alongside Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ 5+ Promise proposition, which includes servicing, MOTs, warranty and roadside assistance.
