Volkswagen leads true fleet deliveries in 2025

The brand delivered 64,127 cars to fleets in 2025, claiming a market share of 11.2%.

According to figures from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), Volkswagen led the true fleet car market in 2025.

The brand delivered 64,127 cars to fleets in 2025, claiming a market share of 11.2%.

Electric models accounted for 29% of the total, with 18,690 delivered to fleets.

The best-selling Volkswagen model in the fleet sector was the Tiguan, with 17,516 deliveries.

It was followed by the Golf (12,043) and T-Roc (5,002). The ID.4 was the most popular electric model, with 4,934 delivered to fleets.

Simon Lynch, head of fleet sales at Volkswagen UK, said: “We are delighted with our market-leading true fleet performance in 2025.
