IF you’ve been seduced by some of the stunning Volvos launched by the Swedish company recently, then here’s good news.

Volvo is stepping up its ongoing commitment to supporting the SME market with the launch of a new Virtual Sales Team.

The overall aim of the Virtual Sales Team is to make life less complicated for businesses who don’t have the time or resources to dedicate to sourcing fleet vehicles.

Volvo says its team of dedicated managers can help a customer identify their vehicle needs, source the cars and facilitate the acquisition process with the Volvo retailer network.

Automated vehicle quotes, videos walking the customer through the benefits of the vehicle being considered, and the booking of a flexible vehicle demo, are all administered by the customer’s Virtual Sales Manager.

Volvos says the whole process is simplified and more streamlined.

Steve Beattie, Head of Business Sales, commented: “Small businesses are under constant pressure: it’s not unusual that the person managing a business’ fleet is doing so in addition to their appointed role, leaving them limited time to dedicate to the task.

“With the launch of our Virtual Sales Team, we aim to make life easier for SMEs. We take the hassle out of their fleet acquisitions by delivering a responsive, tailored service.”

You can contact a Virtual Sales Manager through the phone number on the Volvo Cars Business Sales section of the website.
