Leasing, fleet management, and vehicle outsourcing specialist Zenith has been awarded a bronze rating for sustainability.
The rating was awarded by EcoVadis, a global sustainability assessor, which ranks business from more than 250 sectors on environment, ethics, labour and human rights, and sustainable procurement.
The rating placed the firm in the top 20% of all companies assessed by EcoVadis.
Zenith achieved advanced scores in both the ethics, and labour and human rights categories.
Mark Wilson (pictured), sustainability manager at Zenith, said: “At Zenith, we’re committed to embedding sustainability across all areas of the business, and it’s pleasing to see that our efforts have been recognised by EcoVadis.
“Our rating will allow us to improve our own ESG standards in both the short and long term.
“We’ll also use our assessment to work closer with our suppliers, collaborating to ensure the same standards are upheld throughout the value chain.”
Zenith was also awarded a bronze certification by the Carbon Literacy Project in 2023, and has had its carbon reduction targets approved by the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
The firm is also a member of the EV100, which aims to accelerate the transition towards electric vehicles (EVs), making EVs the new normal by 2030.
