ZF Aftermarket has launched Vandy, a new fleet management platform designed to help van fleet operators streamline maintenance, stay compliant and reduce operating costs.

Targeted at fleets of 10 to 100 vehicles, Vandy automates key processes including inspection management, service scheduling and document tracking. The platform delivers real-time data on vehicle location and odometer readings, while maintenance schedules are generated based on manufacturer guidance to support preventive servicing.

David Wakeling at ZF Group said: “Vandy gives businesses the tools they need to take control of their fleet’s performance and operating costs. By combining automation with real-time insights, we’ve created a solution that helps businesses maximise uptime, reduce costs and improve driver safety.”

Vandy includes a digital glovebox for document storage with expiry alerts, and inspection reports can be completed on mobile devices and logged directly to the platform. For non-connected vehicles, a plug-and-play hardware device allows businesses to track mileage, fuel consumption and usage without complex installations.

Fleets can integrate Vandy with existing telematics systems or use ZF’s connectivity hardware to get started. Full performance reports on cost, fuel use and maintenance are also generated within the platform.
