Cycling, kyaking, sailing & watching my children playing sports
What’s your favourite restaurant or style of food?
I love Thai Green curry and any eastern style food, the hotter the better!
Where’s your favourite place to holiday?
My brother has lived in Singapore for over 30 years and I love to visit the area, the people are amazing as is the food!
If you could unwind one decision or moment in your life, what would it be?
The day I got on my motorbike and didn’t make it home in one piece, should have stayed in bed!
The best funder conference after party?
At my previous employer we held the conference at the MG factory and had the boss from China shout at the sales manager in front of the audience because he couldn’t load his presentation, had a guided tour of the production line with no cars on it and then went on a 2-hour test drive of the latest MG6 – Not my finest conference!

Best thing that ever happened to the broker industry, it needed to happen and now gives all funders confidence to support this sector.

Didn’t know what they were a year ago, have now discovered this is the only way I can communicate with my daughter, yes I use them!
Who is your business hero?
Richard Branson – I think he is an inspiration for everyone, being dyslexic and leaving school at 15 just goes to show hard work and a determination to succeed can pay off.
Does your business support local charities?
Yes we have a different one every year and is voted by all employees. This year the main beneficiary is Alzheimers.
Greatest sporting moment of the year so far?
Leicester City winning the Premier League.
