THE SME market is a clear focus for Lex Autolease explained Fiona Hall, sales director SME at the Lex Autolease broker conference in Liverpool (05 February 2015).

Fiona pointed to the huge untapped potential of the SME market, explaining:

• 3.8m SME businesses in the UK –  of which 1.2m bank with Lloyds Banking Group
• 2.8m use business vehicles
• 14% contract hire penetration vs 42% in the mid market/corporate sector
• Huge market potential

Fiona went on to say that Lex Autolease would drive the leasing agenda with the SME segment; dare to be different with its marketing programme; provide a specific focus on the SME proposition with product, services and pricing; and continue to grow the overall contract hire market.
