David Raponi appointed by Ogilvie to target large fleet growth

Price is very important for customers, but focussing on a figure on a spreadsheet that will change later should not be the way to procure vehicles and related fleet services.

“Ogilvie Fleet continues to offer a competitive position in the market, but critically its reputation for transparency and honesty, coupled with its independence means it has won the trust of customers that remain loyal over many years.”

Nick Hardy added;

“Ogilvie Fleet has IT systems and customer service support in place and allied to the desire and capability to expand we believe our product offering will prove attractive to large corporate fleets.”

David joined Ogilvie Fleet from Fleet Logistics where his role as business development director meant that he was responsible for dealing with large national and international sales.

David concluded;

“After leaving an international role with Fleet Logistics I’m looking forward to returning to the UK leasing industry where I can focus once again on the needs of this market. Ogilvie Fleet is very personable and that is a side of the leasing industry that has faded over many years as far as customers are concerned, particularly with the major providers.
