FGA Capital UK, the UK finance arm of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, is rebranding to FCA Automotive Services UK.

This follows the creation, in January 2015, of FCA Bank Spa after the group holding company was granted its banking licence in Italy.

The new status of the holding company as a bank will further underpin the group’s reputation as a solid institution among international investors, enabling it to more effectively diversify funding and, as a result, offer customers even more attractive products, the company said in a statement.

FCA Bank is a joint venture between FCA Italy, part of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance.

The rebranding to FCA Automotive Services follows the announcement that
Fiat Group Automobiles UK has changed to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd.

The name change, which represents the latest phase in the adoption of the new Fiat Chrysler Automobiles corporate identity, is intended to emphasise the fact that all Group companies worldwide are part of a single organisation, the statement concluded.
