FLEET Alliance celebrates having a field day on the awards front, as a finalist in both the British and Scottish business awards and crowned by winning the Customer Service Award in the Glasgow Business Awards.

The Glasgow Business Awards ceremony and dinner, organised by the city’s Chamber of Trade and sponsored by the Bank of Scotland, is firmly established as the highlight of the Glasgow business calendar, now in its 18th year and attracting high profile industry support and involvement.

“It’s a tough one. Glasgow takes business very seriously and some of the businesses we were up against were very serious,” said Martin Brown, managing director of Fleet Alliance, who is also delighted that the company has featured in the two national business awards events in the UK and Scotland.

At the the Lloyds Bank-backed National Business Awards UK Fleet Alliance was a finalist in two categories – The Customer Focus Award and The Deloitte Employer of the Year.

In the Royal Bank of Scotland sponsored Scottish Business Awards 2015, Fleet Alliance was shortlisted for Growth Strategy of the Year and Employer of the Year.

Hosted by funnyman Rob Bryden with Olympian Sir Chris Hoy, the dazzling event starred Oscar-winning Hollywood actor, director and humanitarian George Clooney making a rare appearance at such an event.
