A GOLF day organised by Fleet Alliance raised well over £10,000 for the Maggie’s Centre at Glasgow’s General Hospital.

Playing on the historic Cathkin Braes course high above the city, the efforts of the Fleet Alliance golf day teams – which included Arval’s Ty Smith, pictured left, and Business Car Manager’s Nick Ratcliffe – made a fantastic £10,718 for the centre caring for cancer patients.

Des McKeown of BBC Scotland drew the raffle and hosted the auction, which included the opportunity to bid for a four ball at Wentworth and a week in a Portuguese apartment in The Algarve.
