SEAT has appointed Sam Hothi to the role of rental & motability manager within its UK Fleet team.

Moving up from his position as area sales manager, the new role will see Hothi leading sales into existing and prospective rental partners, while delivering improved customer service.

Hothi will report to head of fleet and business sales Peter McDonald. He brings broad experience in the fleet sector to the team, specifically in sales and planning, having previously worked at Motability operations.

As well as managing rental and Motability sales, Hothi will also oversee the recently announced extended four-day test drive scheme’s fleet of vehicles.

With the new Leon and SEAT’s first ever SUV, the Ateca, as well as the recently introduced Ibiza, SEAT UK Fleet is buoyant, having grown sales for the fourth consecutive year in 2016. The brand is also looking to introduce new models.
