THE fleet and leasing division of Pendragon PLC has announced a new rebrand that will change its corporate identity from Pendragon Contracts to Pendragon Vehicle Management. The rebrand will be supported by a range of digital solutions.
New website and social media integration
The company has also enhanced its digital offering with more engaging, connected customer platforms and a new-look, fully responsive website.
The website is to be constantly updated with new and relevant content and will be supported by its social media channels.
Client operating systems
Pendragon Vehicle Management has also created a new operating platform, providing clients with an improved service aimed at delivering a wide range of integrated products and help when needed. On this system, clients can gain access to an overview of their fleet and generate customised reports, vehicle quotations and even orders. They will also be able to compare vehicles, whole life costs, driver BIKs and more.
Advanced extranet sites will be individually designed for corporate customers, where fleet managers and drivers can access a variety of bespoke information specifically for their fleet including vehicle reallocation lists, insurance certificates and fleet policy.
Company car drivers will also have access to their own portal, to access contact information and gain assistance with queries ranging from a flat tyre to accident management, from their mobile device.
