The very experienced Rabjohn is Ridgeway’s new head of group fleet and will strengthen the Ridgeway team and continue to fulfil its strategic ambitions in this key area.

Rabjohn has over 18 years’ automotive manufacturer experience having worked for the Volkswagen Group for the last 11 years and prior to that seven years with the Ford Motor Company. He has also held a number of senior positions including national contract hire & leasing manager and regional fleet sales manager.

Lee said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Ridgeway at a time when the group is experiencing great growth in addition to representing many of best automotive brands.

“The business already has all the fundamental elements and offerings needed for it to grow its presence in the fleet market yet further and give our customers a great customer experience.”

Lee added: “What we now need to do is make sure both our existing customers and prospects realise the real breadth and depth of the Ridgeway offer and the benefits they can get from procuring from the group.”

In particular the group’s capability to provide vehicles and in life aftersales care from a number of manufacturers, in addition to leveraging close relationships with leasing companies and corporate customers.”
