Volvo introduces Live Chat for businesses

VOLVO Car UK has added to its Business Sales customer communication channels with the launch of Live Chat. The new service gives instant digital access to Volvo’s fleet experts.

Company car drivers and fleet managers, from SMEs to large corporates, can use the instant digital messaging service to ask for help on a variety of topics, from requesting specific product information or booking a demonstrator to confirming their nearest Volvo retailer.

Meetings with Volvo Regional Business Sales Managers can also be booked through Live Chat.

The Volvo Business Centre Live Chat, operates Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Steve Beattie, Head of Business Sales, Volvo Car UK, said: “The launch of Live Chat gives Volvo customers yet another way to communicate with us. Business life is complicated enough, which is why we are doing everything we can to simplify how we interact with our fleet customers.

“This latest initiative supports our ambition to deliver an unrivalled customer experience for all our fleet customers, regardless of the size of their business or fleet requirement. It follows hot on the heels of the introduction of our Virtual Sales Team, dedicated to the needs of Volvo’s SME fleet customers.”
