Martyn Pass sends this blog from Le Mans at midday: Crowds in the 250,000 region, estimated 70,000 Brits, 30,000 Danes. Very busy, noisy, and colourful. Spectators from far afield as Australia and Japan. Flags adorned over some ‘tired’ bodies, some of whom have already had too much sun, beer and frites – and not necessarily in that order!
