I RECEIVED a call from BCA’s affable PR man Tim Naylor on Friday afternoon. It’s usually a good sign when Tim phones on Friday, and there was no change in the modus operandi on this day.

Tim was calling to let me know that the auction company had made some changes to its website. Actually it’s made some fundamental changes to the website, which helps both buyers of used cars and those companies or individuals that want to sell their cars.

“The changes in the appearance are subtle,” Tim explained. “But it’s under the hood that we’ve made the big change. We’ve made it quicker and a much better experience.”
