Keep it simple: new train fares

New Anytime and and Off-peak rail fares

On the morning when we found that Lewis Hamilton hadn’t actually won the grand prix we all thought he had, it’s great to read something that keeps things simple.

New rail fares. Easier to understand and, I hope, better value. Certainly better value than the farce at Spa.

I use a mix of transport for my business travel. Including the train. And the range of fares in the past could be bewildering. Let’s hope these changes make train travel easier; but not more expensive.
