Ecodriving replaces their existing Smarter Driving programme. It offers subsidised ecodriving training from professional drivers, at several locations across the country.

The outgoing Energy Saving Trust Smarter Driving programme has trained 35,000 drivers over the past four years and saw an average 15% improvement in fuel consumption – including us: read my blog Smarter driving makes business sense.
All training under the new Ecodriving scheme will be delivered by registered fleet trainers, qualified by the Driver Standards Agency (DSA).
The course can train up to eight drivers over the course of a day, with proven results for raising mpg and lowering company costs. Businesses can also opt for a tailored course to develop their own specific training programme – in an attempt to slash annual fuel bills. So ideal for small businesses and SME small fleets,
