A Porsche that can make £45k feel like a bargain

All new Boxster S. All things considered we think it’s rather good.
Closes the gap with the 911 if you’re not bothered about the badge.

The high CO2 emissions mean paying a fair bit of company car tax but in this performance-oriented segment that’s the norm. Anyway, it’s likely you’ll want to acquire it privately and then recharge the business mileage using the tax-free AMAP rates.

If you’re after an automatic it’s worth looking at the PDK Boxster S, which performs extremely well and – despite its higher price – is actually cheaper to tax because of its improved CO2 emissions.

A Porsche 911 was often the ‘prize’ for a successful small business owner – but with 911 prices continually on the rise, the new Boxster S makes much more sense as a reward for making your business successful.
