Quick charge – the battery can be fully charged in just 2 hours 15 minutes

What’s hot?

  • Seamless combination of 1.4 TFSI petrol engine and electric motor/battery power makes the A3 e-tron exceptionally quiet and efficient to drive.
  • Faster and cleaner than standard 1.4 A3 Sportback and way more economical with theoretical capability of 176 mpg.
  • Ultra low CO2 emissions, either 37 g/km or 39 g/km (it depends on the wheel choice) make this the greenest UK production Audi yet.
  • EV driving range of up to 31 miles, at speeds up to 80 mph. Full system driving range given at over 580 miles. So no range anxiety.
  • Drives completely normally. Keen handling, sharp steering, torquey drivetrain make it fun on back roads. Fine all round refinement.
  • Excellent, well modulated brakes
  • Choice of three hybrid modes, or pure EV. Easy to switch on the move.
  • Five-door practicality and customary Audi quality finish the same as ‘conventional’ A3 Sportback.
  • Battery can be fully recharged in 2 hours 15 mins. Or via a domestic socket, it takes around 4 hours.
  • Charging can be monitored remotely via smartphone
  • Stellar business numbers. BIK of just 5% and company car tax of just £29.08 per month for 20% tax payer. For 40% payer, it’s still only £58.17.
  • £0 VED to pay and nothing for London congestion charge, either.
  • Unique turbine design alloy wheels and radiator grille part of high e-tron spec list which also includes MMI sat nav, dual zone electronic climate control, and more.
