Total Fleet Services
Total Fleet Services have been bought by Bridle who are expected to make further announcements shortly

THERE’S no stopping Bridle Vehicle Leasing at the moment.

Having integrated its most recent purchases within the Bridle Group – Compass Contract Hire and Industrial and Vehicle Leasing – the latest broker to join the stable is Cannock-based Total Fleet Services Limited.

The acquisition, completed on 01 May, expands the group’s portfolio, which also includes Bridle Vehicle Leasing and Vesource, to 7000 vehicles, and gives it access to funding from the four key broker funders: Alphabet, Arval, Lex Autolease and Network.

this is not the end of the story for us. We are expecting to make a further significant announcement at the end of the month

It also gives the Bridle Group a new product – the Total Fleet Services’ Service Maintenance and Repair only product – which currently sees Total Fleet Services maintain over 900 vehicles UK wide.

Stewart Donald, managing director of the broker Group’s parent company Bridle Insurance, commented:

“The addition of Total Fleet Services to the Bridle Group broadens our portfolio further. In particular, the in-house service and maintenance product was a particular draw for us. We can now offer our clients a true alternative to our partner funders solutions, adding further value to our proposal.”

Alan Carreras, who manages the Bridle Leasing Group, added:

“We don’t need an awful lot more. All of the group will benefit from the funding choices we can now offer, and the maintenance contract broadens customer choice further.

“However, this is not the end of the story for us. We are expecting to make a further significant announcement at the end of the month.”
