BVRLA

What is the BVRLA code of conduct?

  1. Make sure that quotations are detailed, clear and not misleading in any way
  2. Provide vehicles to the current manufacturer’s specifications
  3. Trade lawfully, fairly and responsibly
  4. Be fully compliant with all legislation
  5. Gain permission from the customer to represent them
  6. Operate clear terms of trade from the outset
  7. Be professional and operate from an established business site
  8. Train employees to a good standard and offer advice best suited for each customer’s needs
  9. Provide cancellation fee and process details along terms and conditions
  10. Operate a proper customer complaint procedure in-line with the BVRLA Conciliation Service and the Financial Ombudsman Service

How to find a BVRLA member

As the BVRLA campaign saying goes, “Look for the logo”!

A BVRLA member will usually display the logo on their website – if you can’t see it, ask for details or check with the BVRLA yourself.

Mark continued;

“We are proud that Vehicle Savers is a BVRLA member and I can also confirm that we are also now an accredited Network Vehicles franchisee.

“We have a wide portfolio of funders and as such, are able to offer our customers the best advice when it comes to securing their next vehicle or fleet of cars or vans.”
