Female business drivers look for direction

Satellite navigation is the top choice from the options list most wanted by female business drivers.

Second is an upgrade to the music system, with either an iPod or MP3 dock.

Third on the list was climate control.

The findings come from a GM Fleet survey of 1,000 female business car drivers. It asked them a number of questions about their choices when specifying vehicles, including must-have options.

When asked what features they would most like to see on their next vehicle, the top choice was satnav system with 30% of the votes.

Less than 10% listed einvironmental initiatives or lower fuel consumption as a consideration in the purchase process.
