FLEET management specialist and longtime Business Car Manager partner, Fleet Alliance, has been shortlisted for Employer of the Year in the upcoming Scottish Business Awards.

Fleet Alliance was nominated for a number of reasons, including charity fundraising and staff development, which included Silver Accreditation from Investors in People – an accolade awarded to fewer than 5% of businesses in the UK.

A recent survey by Fleet Alliance themselves suggested that as many as 97% of staff were proud to work for the business and an overwhelming 83% said they enjoyed what they did and looked forward to coming to work.

This is testimony to the hard work and effort put in by the company’s employees

Fleet Alliance MD and Business Car Manager SME Company Car of the Year judge, Martin Brown, said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Employer of the Year at this year’s Scottish Business Awards, which is testimony to the hard work and effort put in by the overwhelming majority of the company’s employees.”

The results for the Scottish Business Awards will be announced at the Edinburgh International Conference on 21 June, following a judging process led by billionaire entrepreneur, Sir Tom Hunter. All proceeds from the event will go to nominated charities.
