Looking after private cars used on business
The new arrangement also covers the Gala Leisure grey fleet (private cars used on business purposes) of a further 200 vehicles, whereby Fleet Alliance will make sure that cash allowance drivers have appropriate insurance for business and that the vehicles are maintained to the required manufacturer standards and at the correct service intervals for correct duty of care purposes.
Cloud-based fleet management platform and mobile app
Gala Leisure company car drivers can identify their next company car via Fleet Alliance’s cloud-based fleet management platform, e-fleet.
They will be able to choose from a number of models within the Volkswagen Audi Group of manufacturers as well as BMW as part of the Gala Leisure fleet policy.
Fleet Alliance is also rolling out its e-fleet mobile app for Gala Leisure drivers
In addition, as part of the new arrangement, Fleet Alliance is also rolling out its e-fleet mobile app for Gala Leisure drivers, which will allow them to input their vehicle mileage, book servicing, maintenance and MoTs. They will also be able to find details of suppliers of services such as breakdown and recovery, accident management and insurers from the app.
