The 4WD version is a bit more pricey but compared with most 4WDs it’s relatively cheap to run

The Ford Kuga Titanium X Sport is available with 1.6 EcoBoost petrol (in both 150PS and 182PS power outputs) or 2.0 TDCi diesel (140PS and 163PS).

And if you want an extra bit of convenience, there’s the option of the £350 hands-free tailgate opening feature, operated by a simple kicking motion below the rear bumper.

It’s a feature close to Ford chief Mark Ovenden’s heart:

“Everyone has approached their car with their hands full and wished their some magical way of opening the boot without having to put the load down first.”

Yup, we’re with you on that one Mark.

If you’re an SME director and want to run it through the business, check out the comparisons of the all-wheel drive and front-wheel drive Titanium X Sport models
