Kia Magentis 2.0 LS CRDi 4dr

Kia Magentis 2.0 LS CRDi 4dr

What is it?

Crisply-styled four-door saloon from up-and-coming Kia brand. Majors on value – and, increasingly, European driving tastes. This new Mangentis also features a 138bhp turbo diesel engine for the first time.

What’s hot?

  • Excellent interior fit and finish
  • Spritely diesel engine with six-speed gearbox
  • Lots of interior passenger room, and good-sized boot
  • High level of spec includes leather, alloys and climate control
  • Standard electronic stability control on LS

What’s not?

  • Diesel engine vocal when exercised
  • High level of motorway noise
  • Steering assistance non-linear in response, lacks feel
  • Will lose its value quickly over three years
