Longer Luton: new Maxus Extend Frame range
New Extended Frame range adds extra length
LDV is extending its Maxus range – in every sense of the word!
A new range of Extended Frame Maxus chassis-cab vehicles goes on sale from September.
The additional price rise for the Extended Frame version is just £450.
The range offers a wheelbase that is 750mm longer than the current LWB chassis-cab Maxus, as well as uprated rear axle, wheels and tyres.
The Birmingham-based van maker, now owned by the Russian GAZ Group, is launching the new Extended Frame range in its chassis-cab, dropside and Luton derivatives.
The extended frame lengthens the existing long wheelbase by 750mm.
“The Extended Frame range will provide a class-leading payload of up to 1,474kg alongside an internal load length of 4.20m for the Extended Frame dropside and 4.02m for the Luton,” commented Guy Jones, marketing director, LDV.
