What’s not?

• The updated 6’s interior feels more luxurious, but there are still too many different grades of plastic. Some feel particularly cheap.
• Dynamically refined, although the ride on the Mazda6 can feel harsh on some pot-holed roads.
• Mazda has quietened down the 2.2 diesel engine impressively, but there was still too much road noise from the new 19-inch alloys.
