Greenoaks: now offering Mercedes van service

Small business van service in Berkshire area

THERE’S a new service option for Thames Valley Mercedes van operators – Berkshire-based Mercedes-Benz car dealer Greenoaks has become an authorised van repairer.

The dealer has scaled up operations at its sites in Ascot, Reading and Slough to include the maintenance and repairs of Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles. This is alongside its existing aftersales business for cars.

A significant investment in training, parts stock, specialist tooling and diagnostic equipment has been undertaken to enable the retailers to undertake servicing on Sprinter and Vito vans as well as manufacturer warranty repairs and Mercedes-Benz maintenance and repair contract work.

“Van servicing increases our product offering specifically among owner-operators and small businesses running Mercedes vans in this area,” said Andrew Greaves, group aftersales manager.

“We recognise that time without their vehicles is time that they can ill afford, so we’re hoping that the combination of highly efficient, high-quality servicing to manufacturer standards and extremely competitive pricing will appeal.” Greaves added that Mercedes-Benz van owners would also be able to use the dealer’s collection and delivery service.
