THE continued success story of the MINI brand has been further underlined, with the three millionth produced at Plant Oxford since the launch of the original car back in 2001.

The three millionth car, a Cooper S five-door, has a special exterior design to celebrate its heritage and British roots.

On top of the three millionth car produced, there were further celebrations at Plant Oxford, as the two-millionth export MINI – also a Cooper S five-door, started its long journey to a customer in Japan.
