New Astra Tech Line GT heads up revised range
HAVING completely revised the New Insignia line up with a slimmed down range and reduced P11D prices, Vauxhall is doing the same to the Astra hatchback range.
There are lowered prices – by nearly £2000 – plus a revised line up.
cracking news for company car drivers who like a bit of driving oomph
But what’s cracking news for company car drivers who like a bit of driving oomph to their business day is the introduction of the new Tech Line GT model.
The Astra Tech Line GT incorporates the visual appeal of the Bi-Turbo front end, takes the current Tech Line spec of Bluetooth and sat nav and adds SRi style interior with sports seats, LED Daytime Running Lights and 18 inch alloys.
If you want to keep company car tax really low, you can specify 17 inch alloys and keep the Tech Line GT at 99g/km CO2 emissions – a company car tax banding of 14%.
The Astra Tech Line GT 110 PS model costs £19,470, or £20,170 for the 99g/km version. The 2.0 165PS Tech Line GT costs £20,755.
“The new Astra Tech Line GT is all part of the Astra Model Year 14 changes to provide extra company car appeal with lower company car tax thanks to reduced P11D prices,” said Paul Adler, fleet marketing manager, Vauxhall.
