Tim Hudson – returns from Manheim’s operations in Australia to head up Manheim remarketing

MANHEIM is making senior management changes.

Martin Forbes and Tim Hudson have been appointed as managing directors of Manheim Retail Services and Manheim Remarketing, respectively.

Forbes, who will joins Manheim Retail Services early in the New Year, has a wealth of specialist digital marketing experience, having spent the past eight years at the helm of two leading global media companies.

Hudson returns to the UK after a two year spell as chief executive of Manheim’s Asia Pacific operations, where he has been leading the firm’s transformation programme.

Tim’s previous experience was managing director of Aston Barclay and also spent eight years with leading leasing firm LeasePlan. He will be taking up his new role in March 2015.

“These two appointments will be key to our continuing success and demonstrate the commitment we have to bringing about exciting change in the global and dynamic automotive market place. Our joined-up approach to meeting the needs of manufacturers, motor retailers and fleet companies will be hugely enhanced with these recruits to our business.”

Martin Forbes and Tim Hudson will report directly to Michael Buxton, who was appointed as CEO of Manheim UK in September 2014.  They will take up their new positions during the first quarter of 2015.
