“You get a 2.2-litre diesel engine or a 2.0-litre petrol engine – we haven’t downsized, we haven’t hybridized it, so you really do get a great driving experience.”

“We are a brand which is heading towards premium and it’s a good brand to be associated with. There are really good-looking cars in the range, with some real intelligent technology and they are cars that people are sitting up and taking notice of. It is a very young range too, by the end of the year, the oldest model in our range will be the Mazda3 and that’s only been on sale 18 months.”
