New Mazda6 goes on sale this year

Mazda has launched an all-new version of its Mondeo class competitor, the Mazda6.

The new Mazda6, revealed at the recent Frankfurt Show, will go on sale from November.

There will be three body styles: hatchback, saloon and estate.

The new car is wider, taller and longer than the previous Mazda6.

There will be one 140PS 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine. And three petrol engines: 1.8-litre, 2.0-litre and a new 170PS 2.5-litre.

Mazda says its has improved quality to give the car a premium feel.

Mazda has launched an all-new version of its Mondeo class competitor, the Mazda6.

The new Mazda6, revealed at the recent Frankfurt Show, will go on sale from November.

There will be three body styles: hatchback, saloon and estate.

The new car is wider, taller and longer than the previous Mazda6.

There will be one 140PS 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine. And three petrol engines: 1.8-litre, 2.0-litre and a new 170PS 2.5-litre.

Mazda says its has improved quality to give the car a premium feel.

Among the features is the ‘Karakuri’ rear seat system for hatch and estate. A latch in the boot provides a one-touch seat-drop function.

An all-new boot tonneau cover for the estate automatically moves up when the taligate is opened.
