Drivers and operators of heavy goods vans need never get stuck again.

TomTom WORK, the business division of the sat-nav experts, has just launched a new navigation aid for heavier goods vehicles.

Aimed predominantly at small business transport operators, TomTom WORK Truck Navigation is also suitable for large van operators.

TomTom WORK Truck Navigation provides route information optimised for transport and logistics companies: such as clearance heights and weight restrictions.

Typical or maximum heavy van speeds are also taken into consideration – so expected arrival times are calculated realistically.

All van operators need do is enter their van parameters – van measurements, axle weight and total weight. TomTom WORK Truck Navigation then plans routes avoiding low bridges and other likely obstructions.

TomTom WORK Truck Navigation costs £119 + VAT. It
