Online fleet management designed for small businesses

IF YOU’VE always wanted more control over the business cars your small business runs, but resorted to a spreadsheet because you couldn’t find a suitable program to help you, then Business Car Manager partner Fleet Alliance might have the answer for you.

Called e-fleet, the online fleet management and reporting solution provides company car fleets of all sizes with a transparent picture of their fleet allowing them to manage it more effectively, regardless of the number of funders they may use.

Fleet Alliance managing director Martin Brown said: “e-fleet is extremely user-friendly and allows you to manage your entire fleet from one system, regardless of the number of funders you use. It can also include business cars supplied by other leasing providers and all the private cars used on business by you firm.”

Mr Brown said that e-fleet helped businesses reduce the time and effort involved in the administration of its business cars.

Among the features of the online e-fleet system is the ability to capture business mileage, manage private cars used on business and cash allowance vehicles, and meet a company’s duty of care obligations.

“We have deliberately taken the decision to make e-fleet as relevant for an SME as it is for a major corporation and to provide the same level of functionality for both,” said Mr Brown.

“We believe that it is important for a business of any size to run its business car fleet more cost effectively and with the same degree of accuracy and discipline
