Renault

A new sporty-looking version of the Renault Twingo will be available this autumn.

While the first Twingo was left-hand drive only, the new model will be sold as a right-hand drive vehicle.

There will be two models: Dynamique and GT.

Engines will both be petrol with either 75bhp or turbocharged 100bhp from a 1.2-litre engine. Emissions will see it in the 15% tax category.

Customisable graphics will add to the racy appeal of the new Twingo.

The interior features four independent sliding seats for extra versatility. The independent rear seats can slide fore and aft over 220mm.

Twingo will be priced around L8500 in the UK. Rivals include city cars such as the Toyota Aygo and Citroen C2.
