There were three successful candidates – Rhys Evans, Sam Hallett and Paul Ricketts.
Rhys said;

“When I started at Swiss Vans I was very nervous about the huge range of vehicles I had to deal with because I had never worked in the motor trade before. However everyone at Swiss Vans is so passionate and knowledgeable that it did not take me very long to learn about each vehicle.
In such a relaxed and friendly working environment I find it really easy to help any customer that I speak to and I know I will always be able to get help from any of the highly skilled sales specialists.

I am thoroughly enjoying working here and enjoy coming to work in the morning. This is not a pressure sale environment and you can see everyone here is encouraged to help and serve a customer rather than the hard selling techniques you may associate with other car or van sales companies.

It is a really relaxed atmosphere and you can see everyone enjoys what they do and it makes a really big difference in the experience a customer will receive. I am looking forward to progressing in my career here at Swiss Vans.”

All three new recruits have excelled over the course of their probation period and are now permanent members of Swiss Vans’ 16-man strong sales team.
