EUROPCAR has been appointed to the University Purchasing Consortium framework established by North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium.
An integrated approach to vehicle hire and car club services will be delivered through Europcar and its car club brand, E-Car, which is already used by universities, local authorities and housing associations across the UK.
“Being chosen to be part of the framework underlines the value Europcar brings to the Higher Education sector”, said Andrew Franklin – director, public sector for Europcar.
“In particular this appointment demonstrates how Europcar’s approach to an integrated mobility solution, encompassing a range of services from vehicle hire to car clubs, and incorporating electric and hybrid vehicles, can deliver a sustainable, affordable and efficient transport package for university institutions.”
