THE Top Employers Institute has named Alphabet a top employer for the third year running.
The business travel and mobility specialist, which manages over 144,000 company cars and light commercial vehicles for some of the UK’s largest, most progressive Corporate, SME and Public Sector organisations, was awarded the ‘Top Employers United Kingdom 2016’ accolade this week at Guildhall, London.
The international research, undertaken by the Top Employers Institute annually, recognises leading companies around the world that provide excellent employee conditions, develop talent at every level of the organisation, as well as continuously strive to improve employment practices. The Top Employers Institute assessed Alphabet’s approach in key areas including talent strategy, on-boarding, learning & development, performance management, leadership, career management, compensation and benefits, as well as culture.
Crucial to achieving Top Employers Certification is the completion of a stringent research process – which is independently audited – to meet the required standard and earn a coveted spot among a select group of certified companies.
