FLEET Alliance, the Glasgow based fleet provider, has helped a specialist resource provider to reduce its business car leasing costs.
Care Management Group provides support for children and adults with learning disabilities, Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.
It has a fleet of 140 vehicles and approached Fleet Alliance after its previous leasing provider changed its terms and conditions.
Fleet Alliance provided an improved rental payment profile that better suited the Care Management Group’s cash flow position.
And with a brief to reduce operating costs, Fleet Alliance immediately reduced Care Management Group’s company car fleet acquisition costs by some 8-10% thanks to its competitive tendering solution.
In addition Care Management Group also needed additional fleet services, such as short term hire, accident management and driver licence checking, which Fleet Alliance now provides using its online e-fleet function.
Care Management Group procurement manager, Viraj Patel, commented:
“We have been delighted with the service levels, support and attentiveness of Fleet Alliance,” he said.
“We have also found e-fleet to be a very effective and user-friendly fleet management solution and I have been able to use it to download invoices, track vehicle movements and interrogate a number of aspects of the fleet through its extensive reporting capability.”
The Care Management Group fleet is made up of Citroen company cars predominantly, plus a selection of minibuses.
