A survey conducted by consumer car test magazine What Car? said the most reliable car was a Honda Accord.
The Honda Civic was second, followed by the Lexus IS model. There were no Audi or Mercedes cars in the top 10.
The survey, with Warranty Direct, covered 38,000 vehicles with an average age of 4.9 years.
“The annual reliability survey is a helpful guide that should be a key part of the decision-making process for any car buyer, whatever the budget,” said Steve Fowler, What Car? editor.
